Disclosures
How CIG identifies and discloses relationships that readers might reasonably think could influence its research.
What we disclose
Each publication discloses any relationship, current or within the past three years, between its authors or reviewers and an entity it discusses in substance. That includes employment or internships, holdings of securities, paid work, advisory roles and board positions, and close family members in senior roles.
Where disclosures appear
Disclosures appear at the end of each publication, above its sources. Where there is nothing to disclose, the publication says so, so that readers can see the check has been made.
Trading
Members of the team do not trade the securities of a company in the ten business days before, or the two business days after, CIG publishes substantive research on it.
Independence
CIG does not manage capital, act for clients or accept payment from companies it covers, and it does not publish buy, sell or hold recommendations or price targets.
